Complete hydraulic modeling from pump to end plug. We calculate pressure losses, flow rates, and emitter uniformity coefficients for every zone of the heap to ensure equal solution application.

Component Selection & Specification

We specify the correct pipe sizes, fittings, pressure regulators, filters, and emitterline configurations for your ore type, heap geometry, and application rate requirements.

Emitterline Layout Design

Optimal emitter spacing, row spacing, and application rates are determined based on ore permeability, heap height, and target leach cycle duration. We account for side-slope and flat-pad geometry.

System Expansion Planning
